Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Shipping & delivery
We currently ship to Germany and other European countries. All displayed product prices include German VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before payment.
Delivery periods begin after receipt of payment. If an item is unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you without undue delay.
Cancellation & returns
For consumers
Consumers have the right to cancel a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Sending the cancellation notice before the end of the period is sufficient.
On cancellation, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Return costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Hygiene-sealed goods: The cancellation right does not apply to goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery. This exception applies only where the product was supplied with such a seal.
For business customers
The statutory consumer cancellation right does not apply to business customers. Returns by business customers require our prior written agreement. This does not affect mandatory statutory rights for defective goods.

Website and enquiries: We process technical connection data needed to operate and secure this website and the contact details and enquiry content you submit. This is necessary to provide the website, respond to your request, and protect our services.
Orders and payment: To process orders we use the data needed for payment, delivery and customer communication. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
Service providers: We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for enquiry administration, Resend for transactional emails, and Stripe for payments. These providers process personal data only as needed to provide their services; processing may include transfers outside the EEA using appropriate safeguards where applicable.
Retention: We retain enquiry, order and invoice data for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and statutory retention obligations.
Your rights: Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
